About The Position
The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets store delivers a world-class shopping experience, exceeds sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract customers. The associate shares product knowledge and inspires customers to style jewellery, helping them express themselves through Pandora products. This flexible role provides support during peak hours and other times when additional store coverage is needed, with schedules varying according to business needs and potentially including periods with few or no scheduled hours. The position typically ranges from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic times. The role requires completing an assessment emailed after application submission.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Care in written and verbal communication.
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and captivate an audience.
- At least 18 years old.
- Able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, and a schedule that varies with business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Ability to arrive at work on time.
