About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora @ Macy's State Street delivers a world-class customer experience, meets sales goals, and engages customers during peak business periods. The role involves sharing product knowledge, inspiring customers to style their jewellery, and building authentic connections that encourage brand loyalty. Flex Associates support store operations and may have few or no scheduled hours during slower periods, with greater availability needed during evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic times. The schedule ranges from approximately 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
• Have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may vary with business needs.
• Be able to stand for extended periods and lift more than 50 pounds.
• Arrive at work on time.
• Complete the assessment emailed after application submission.
