About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is hiring a Sales Associate at Napleton's Chevrolet of Wayzata. Sales Associates represent the dealership and help provide a positive customer experience. This is a fast-paced opportunity with potential for career growth within the dealership group.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic in a team environment.
• Prior proven customer-service or retail sales experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist dealership customers, answer questions, and help them select vehicles suited to their needs.
• Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Explain vehicle performance, applications, benefits, and optional equipment; determine customer needs by asking questions and listening.
• Deliver vehicles and explain their operating features, warranties, and paperwork to customers.
• Stay informed about incoming inventory, vehicle features, and accessories and how they benefit customers.
• Introduce customers to service department personnel and emphasize the dealership’s service and maintenance offerings.
