About The Position

Jim Keras Subaru is seeking Sales Associates with the ability to excel in automotive sales. The family-owned organization has served the Memphis, Tennessee community and surrounding areas for over 50 years and emphasizes customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the Subaru Love Promise. The role offers management support and a friendly, employee-centric work atmosphere. Employees work a five-day week, with the dealership closed Sundays and one weekday off. Requirements

Sales and/or hospitality experience.
Ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively in person, by phone, and by email.
Strong organization and time-management skills.
Willingness and ability to learn products for presentations.
Ability and desire to follow dealership processes rather than take shortcuts.
History of reliability, punctuality, and dependability.

Responsibilities

Build enriching customer relationships and develop a lasting clientele.
Use consultative selling skills to help customers select vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully.
Continuously develop product and sales knowledge, including vehicle offerings, optional packages, and current technologies.
Give professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
Follow up with buyers to encourage successful referral business.
Learn to address objections and perform effectively in sales situations.
Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
Bring a positive attitude to work each day.
