About The Position

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a positive customer experience by providing excellent customer service, maintaining merchandise presentation standards, and supporting store operations. This role assists customers with product selection, processes transactions, replenishes merchandise, and contributes to a clean, organized, and engaging shopping environment. Successful candidates will be customer-focused, energetic, and passionate about fashion and retail. This position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 6 months of retail experience.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with technology, including iPads and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Must be willing to be cross trained for all positions including replenishment.
Must meet availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
Assist customers with product selection and recommend merchandise based on their needs.
Promote a fashion-forward brand image and enhance the customer shopping experience.
Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain store appearance by organizing, folding, and restocking merchandise.
Assist with visual merchandising and promotional displays.
Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally.
Support inventory management and stock replenishment activities.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Contribute to a positive, energetic, and team-oriented work environment.
