Hand & Stone Sales Associate for Recently Licensed Estheticians
About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Brandon, Florida is seeking a newly licensed esthetician or someone currently enrolled in esthetics school for a sales associate role. The position offers an opportunity to learn the spa business and work toward a future role as a licensed esthetician. The associate supports a positive guest experience through customer service, product and service sales, appointment scheduling, and spa upkeep. Training is provided on the service menu, facial services, and upgrades. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time positions available, and potential advancement, including management roles, based on performance. Compensation is $15.00–$18.00 per hour, plus commissions.
Requirements
- Recently licensed esthetician or actively enrolled in an esthetics school.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
- Motivated work ethic.
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Sell gift cards and spa services.
- Develop detailed knowledge of the spa’s service menu; training is provided.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
- Work flexible hours.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
- Maintain spa cleanliness standards.
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
