Hand & Stone Sales Associate for Recently Licensed Estheticians
About The Position
Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Brandon, Florida, is seeking newly licensed estheticians or people currently enrolled in esthetics school who want a long-term role in a stable, positive environment. The Sales Associate role offers an opportunity to learn the spa business and work toward becoming a licensed esthetician at the spa when a suitable shift becomes available. The position calls for excellent customer service, skincare and product knowledge, a motivated work ethic, and a positive attitude. Training is provided on the spa’s services, facial services, and upgrades. The spa offers both full-time and part-time positions with various shifts.
Requirements
- Recently licensed esthetician or actively enrolled in an esthetics school.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills and a motivated work ethic.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Motivated.
Responsibilities
- Meet membership sales goals.
- Sell gift cards and spa services.
- Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests and build lasting relationships.
- Work flexible hours.
- Communicate sales, promotions, and service options effectively to clients.
- Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
- Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
