About The Position

Mackage is a global outerwear leader specializing in all-season protection, combining responsible leathers, down and wools with luxury-forward design. The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, generates sales, and supports the store’s day-to-day operations, including operational, visual, and brand directives. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role contributes to an effective store operation and a customer-centric shopping experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a store environment.
• Excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills related to basic customer service.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and behavior.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store sales goals, KPIs, and personal targets.
• Represent Mackage as a brand ambassador by delivering exceptional service and a customer-centric experience.
• Engage proactively with clients, use CRM, and grow the clientele database.
• Explain product characteristics, advantages, and benefits to new and existing customers.
• Support daily store operations, including merchandise reception, labeling, merchandising, POS operations, inventory management, and shipping and receiving packages.
• Maintain store standards, sales-floor merchandising, and back-of-house organization.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to support the customer experience and follow loss-prevention best practices.
• Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members and customers.
