The Seasonal Support provides assistance to store team members and participates in the essential duties required for the effective day-to-day operation of the store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role supports customer service, sales transactions, store presentation, merchandising, inventory, and other store operations while maintaining company policies and brand standards.

Requirements

1–2 years’ experience in a customer service environment.
Customer satisfaction-oriented.
Professional appearance and positive energy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility and adaptability to the ongoing pace of the store.

Responsibilities

Offer an exceptional client experience and maintain brand standards.
Promote the brand image in each customer interaction.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, greet customers, and help mitigate loss-prevention matters.
Guide customers by providing relevant information and ensuring their satisfaction.
Handle customer orders, capture customer information, and ring and process sales transactions.
Provide assistance to team members and the management team.
Maintain store standards and merchandising on the sales floor, as well as organization in the back of house.
Participate in daily store operations, including merchandise reception, labelling, merchandising, POS operations, inventory management, and shipping and receiving packages.
Answer store calls professionally.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Assist with other related tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
