As a Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. You receive and organize merchandise, pick and pack orders, retrieve orders from back-of-house storage, and deliver orders curbside. You monitor alerts to ensure Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders are ready on time, and help keep the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interactions, including greeting shoppers, listening and resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. You contribute to a welcoming, shoppable store by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. You also share Loyalty program benefits, help customers complete their purchases, organize the stockroom, complete orders, and prepare the team for the next day. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability. The position requires flexibility, teamwork, dependable attendance, and a commitment to customer service, operational excellence, and sales goals.
