Seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Support Associate, South Hills Village Mall
About The Position
As a seasonal Fulfillment and Receiving Colleague, also known as a Back of House colleague, you support store operations, maintain inventory accuracy, and help provide a smooth customer experience. Duties include receiving and organizing merchandise; picking, packing, retrieving, and delivering orders curbside; monitoring alerts to complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time; and keeping the stockroom and sales floor running efficiently. The role also involves customer interaction, including greeting shoppers, resolving issues, and carefully delivering curbside orders. Colleagues help maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, restocking merchandise, and supporting merchandise moves. They organize the stockroom, complete orders, and help prepare the team for the next day. The position emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, operational excellence, and achieving sales goals.

- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Receive, tag, and organize merchandise and maintain an orderly stockroom.
- Pick, pack, retrieve, and deliver customer orders curbside.
- Monitor alerts and complete Buy Online Pickup In-Store (BOPS) orders on time.
- Greet customers, listen to their needs, resolve issues, and provide helpful service.
- Recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, and support merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits and ensure customers have what they need.
- Complete orders and organize the stockroom at the end of the day.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and support store and individual sales goals.
