Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate, Short Hills
About The Position
The Temporary Seasonal Hospitality Support Associate provides clerical support for front- and back-of-house operations in the Hermès Short Hills boutique. The role supports an exceptional client experience by assisting with client greeting and routing, beverage service, hospitable services, and the sales process in a fast-paced luxury environment. The associate works collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams and reports to a member of the store management team. This temporary seasonal position begins in November and continues through December 31. The role requires regular in-person work at a Company-designated location. The hourly pay range is $22.00 to $23.00; the actual rate depends on the job, location, and individual experience.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients, determine their needs, and escort them to the appropriate floor or sales associate to support main-floor traffic.
- Provide beverage service in accordance with brand standards and coordinate with management to keep beverage supplies stocked.
- Provide hospitable services, such as bringing coloring books to children.
- Support the sales process by hanging merchandise, returning merchandise to the sales floor, retrieving stock, and physically preparing the stock room.
- Organize and prioritize the workstation and selling floor to support sales efforts.
- Keep bags, boxes, note cards, ribbons, stationery, and similar items stocked.
- Maintain selling-floor merchandise standards by straightening and filling in merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
