About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time seasonal Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role involves delivering positive sales performance and customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, representing the Clarks brand, following loss-prevention procedures, and helping maintain an attractive store environment. Associates are also expected to contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues and complete assigned tasks. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure products are properly placed.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
