About The Position
Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, organizing and merchandising products, and maintaining a comfortable and visually compelling store environment. Associates follow company policies and procedures, including those related to loss prevention and shrinkage, and ensure assigned tasks are completed. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
