About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role involves delivering positive sales performance, providing excellent customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, and helping maintain a visually compelling store environment. Associates represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention procedures, contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues, and complete assigned tasks. The position includes physical activity such as standing for extended periods, bending, climbing, moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
