About The Position

Clarks is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate for its Full Price retail business. The associate supports store sales and customer service, maintains merchandise and back stock, helps create a visually compelling store environment, and follows company policies and procedures. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
