About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal, part-time Sales Associates for its Full Price stores. Sales Associates support store sales and customer service, organize merchandise and back stock, maintain visual merchandising and store conditions, follow loss-prevention procedures, and contribute to a comfortable environment for colleagues. The role requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Ensure completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
