About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time seasonal Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role includes delivering positive sales results, providing customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, and helping maintain an appealing store environment. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss prevention and shrinkage procedures, and contribute to a comfortable workplace for colleagues.

The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow loss prevention and shrinkage policies and procedures.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
