About The Position
Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to support its retail team. The role focuses on delivering positive sales results, providing excellent customer service, representing the Clarks brand, and maintaining store merchandise and presentation. Associates also support loss prevention, store upkeep, merchandising, and a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The job requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, moving and climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are completed.
