About The Position

As a Sales Associate at Soma, you will help create a customer-centered, hospitable store environment. You will build genuine connections with customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. The role also supports store performance and operations through sales goals, merchandising, inventory replenishment, and maintaining the store’s visual standards. This position is temporary and part-time at the Watters Creek store in Allen, Texas.

• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
