About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to help provide customers with a positive shopping experience and support sales at the store. Associates help create and maximize sales in a team-oriented environment. The role involves varied daily activities in an energetic retail setting, including assisting customers, selling shoes, and maintaining the store. This is a seasonal, part-time position at the Allen Premium location in Allen, Texas.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
• Have open availability during weekends.
• Be fun, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people.
• Have an interest in current trends, fashion, or shoes.
• Be driven and willing to work hard and succeed.
