About The Position

Momentum Solar is hiring an entry-level Sales Associate to connect with homeowners door to door, explain the potential benefits of solar energy, and schedule qualified appointments. This is an outdoor, outside sales position that requires confidence approaching and engaging homeowners. No prior sales experience is required; paid training is provided.

The six-week training program combines classroom instruction, sales practice, and supported field experience. Training covers solar fundamentals and homeowner benefits, prospecting and sales techniques, building rapport, handling objections, appointment setting, role-playing, field demonstrations, and individual coaching and performance feedback.
