About The Position

Azura of Mukwonago is hiring caregivers to help residents with daily care and everyday activities, build meaningful connections, provide companionship and emotional support, and help residents feel comfortable, safe, and at home. The role offers part-time and full-time schedules across first, second, and third shifts. Paid training is provided, and applicants do not need prior experience.

Part-time schedules are 1–2 days per week plus every other weekend. Full-time schedules are 3–4 days per week plus every other weekend. Available shifts include 5:00 AM–9:00 AM and 7:00 AM–3:15 PM (first shift); 3:00 PM–11:15 PM and 5:00 PM–9:00 PM (second shift); and 11:00 PM–7:15 AM (third shift).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for the care of older adults and a positive attitude.
• Compassion and dependability.

• Genuine passion for helping others.
