About The Position

Azura of Mukwonago is hiring caregivers for second-shift work in its Mukwonago, Wisconsin community. Caregivers help residents feel supported and at home by assisting with daily living, offering companionship, and helping create a safe, welcoming environment. The position offers paid training and opportunities to learn and grow.

The second shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM. Part-time schedules are 1–2 shifts per week, and full-time schedules are 3–4 shifts per week; both schedules include every other weekend.

Requirements

• Be caring, dependable, and positive.
• Have a passion for working with and caring for older adults.
• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be willing to learn and grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with daily living activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Help residents enjoy a comfortable and fulfilling evening.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents.
