About The Position

Primark is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers find products and create a positive in-store experience. The role includes assisting with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns; maintaining the sales floor and stockroom; operating till points; and receiving and preparing deliveries. The starting base hourly rate is $17.50, with a $0.50 increase after six months and another $0.50 increase after one year of continued employment. Pay is based on the geographic region of work.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns, providing an excellent in-store experience.
• Maintain a well-presented shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom organised.
• Process customer queries, voids, and returns at till points efficiently and in a friendly manner.
• Receive, unpack, and check new deliveries; move products to the shop floor and ensure they are correctly priced and meet company standards.
