About The Position

Primark is hiring a seasonal, part-time Sales Associate at its Herald Square location. The role focuses on creating positive customer experiences while helping maintain the shop floor and stockroom, supporting checkout operations, and processing new deliveries. The seasonal role lasts 90 days. The starting base hourly rate is $17.50, with $0.50 increases at six months and one year of continued employment. The pay rate offered is based on the candidate’s geographic region of work.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with sizes, styles, purchases, and returns while providing an amazing experience.
• Maintain an attractive shop floor with full shelves and tidy fitting rooms, and keep the stockroom tidy and organized.
• Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service at till points, processing queries, voids, and returns.
• Receive, unpack, and check off deliveries; move products to the shop floor and ensure they are correctly priced and meet Primark’s standards.
