About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you are the first face of the Carter’s brand for growing families. You welcome customers, help them find products for their parenting journey, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive store environment. The role supports customers across the shopping experience, including product assistance, issue resolution, omnichannel needs, checkout, replenishment, and shipment. Associates also share promotional events and the brand loyalty program while helping maintain a safe, clean store.

Compensation ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour based on experience and location.

Requirements

• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed, with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb up and down a ladder.
• Availability that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Proactively resolve customer issues and assist multiple customers in a busy retail environment.
• Assist customers with omnichannel needs to provide a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point-of-sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment tasks as needed.
• Explain current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Help minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
