About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training as permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming phone calls, keep the store clean and organized, maintain visual merchandising to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention procedures. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials, and job duties and work practices may vary to meet those requirements. America’s Best is part of National Vision, one of the largest optical retailers in the United States, with more than 1,000 stores. Stores aim to provide customers with attentive, knowledgeable service. America’s Best locations are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
