About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for the Express brand at the Gonzales Outlets. The role provides a positive in-store shopping experience and performs opening and closing procedures. The associate supports store operations, customer service, checkout transactions, product launches, and credit and loyalty programs while maintaining a safe, clean, and inviting store environment.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; stated experience range is 0–2 years.
• Proficiency with technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability meeting defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues or escalate them as appropriate, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
