About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand with retail and outlet stores, an online store, and a mobile app. At Indiana Premium Outlets, the Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder provides a great in-store shopping experience and executes opening and closing procedures. The role performs essential functions as directed by a supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom areas to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate as needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
