About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You’ll assist customers in choosing eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You’ll also maintain customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized, uphold visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state laws governing required licenses or credentials. The store is closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least one year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
