About The Position

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. The role involves helping customers choose eyewear based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispensing eyeglasses and contact lenses and providing lens training where permitted by state law; educating customers about eyewear and contact lens care; and maintaining accurate customer and patient records. The associate also communicates order status, answers incoming calls, maintains store cleanliness and visual merchandising, and supports inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to comply with state licensing and credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training, as permitted by state law.
Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
