About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates Express and Bonobos. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores, an online store, and a mobile app. The position is at the Riverside Park store.

The Part-Time Sales Associate Keyholder helps provide an excellent in-store shopping experience and carries out store opening and closing procedures. The role supports customer service, sales-floor and stockroom standards, checkout transactions, and the store’s credit and loyalty programs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant job experience, with a minimum of 6 months.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

• Previous retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout area, fitting room, and stockroom so the store is safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to help ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine a resolution or escalate as appropriate, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
