About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for Express at Brookfield Center. The role provides an in-store shopping experience for retail customers and carries out opening and closing procedures. The position includes customer service, sales-floor upkeep, checkout support, and store safety responsibilities.

PHOENIX Retail, LLC operates the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style, with retail and outlet stores in the United States and Puerto Rico, an online store, and a mobile app.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability meeting defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the position's physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States; the company does not sponsor work visas for this position.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom areas to keep the store safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues as they arise, determine a resolution or escalate them, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty member programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
