About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is a retail platform operating the Express and Bonobos brands. Express is a multichannel apparel brand focused on modern, confident, and effortless style. The Sales Associate Keyholder provides customers with a great in-store shopping experience and executes store opening and closing procedures. This is a part-time position at the Northpark store in Iowa.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; listed experience range is 0–2 years.
• Proficiency using technology such as iPads and registers.
• Availability meeting defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the position’s physical requirements.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, sales leadership, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Previous retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing procedures, including balancing registers, preparing deposits, and activating the security system.
• Perform checkout overrides as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stockroom so the store is safe and inviting.
• Follow company policies and procedures to help ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Resolve customer service issues positively, determine an appropriate resolution or escalate as needed, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs by explaining their benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
