About The Position

The Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Hudson Yards store delivers a world-class customer experience, surpasses sales goals, and finds engaging ways to attract customers. The role is intended for flexible coverage during peak hours and other high-traffic periods, supporting both customer experiences and store operations. Associates share product knowledge, inspire customers to style jewellery, and help them express their loves through Pandora products.

Schedules vary according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak times. The role may involve approximately four hours per month during slower periods and approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. Completion of an assessment emailed after application submission is required.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Care in written and verbal communication.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays, and varies according to business needs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
