About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Hudson Yards store delivers a world-class customer experience, works to exceed sales goals, and finds ways to engage and attract customers. The role supports store operations during peak hours and other periods when extra coverage is needed. Associates share product knowledge, inspire customers to style their jewellery, and help them express their stories through Pandora products.

The schedule varies according to business needs. It may include few or no scheduled hours during slower periods and increased availability during peak seasons, including evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, and product launches. The expected range is from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Compensation in New York is $17.00–$20.60 per hour, commensurate with experience. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
• Care-oriented written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, and periods with few or no scheduled hours.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Availability ranging from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
