About The Position

The e-Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to help guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle sales environment. The role responds to leads promptly, answers questions, provides information, and guides customers from phone and internet contact to an in-store experience while delivering exceptional customer service.

Using strong communication and listening skills, the Sales Associate helps customers select a vehicle, discuss terms and payment options that fit their lifestyles, budgets, and expectations, and close sales. The role also supports customer loyalty by following up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and helping transition customers to the Service department for ongoing ownership support.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales experience, preferably in retail.
