About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s The Forum at Peachtree Parkway store delivers a world-class customer experience, helps surpass sales goals, and finds ways to engage and attract customers. The role is designed for flexible coverage during peak hours and busy periods, supporting customer experiences and store operations. Associates share product knowledge, inspire customers to style jewellery, and help them express their personal stories through Pandora products.

Schedules vary according to business needs and may include few or no scheduled hours during slower periods, with greater availability required during peak times. Hours may range from 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic times. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Demonstrate results-oriented selling ability.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Be able to connect and communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
• Be available for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with availability during peak periods.
• Be able to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Complete the assessment sent after submitting an application.
