About The Position
The Sales Associate supports store sales performance, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and carries out day-to-day store operations. The role follows customer engagement strategies and maintains merchandising standards that support a positive in-store experience. Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Availability of at least 12 hours per week, including one weekend day; additional availability is a plus.

- Ability to use fine manipulation and grasp items to sort, organize, hang, and fold clothing.

Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to customer or employee injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
- Participate in loss-prevention audits and follow loss-prevention policies to minimize store shrink.
- Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and work a flexible schedule to meet business needs.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
- Assist customers, retrieve merchandise, recover the store, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
- Push or pull merchandise racks and occasionally assemble displays or rearrange the store layout.
- Sort, organize, fold, and hang clothing.
