About The Position

Ariat is hiring part-time and full-time Sales Associates and Team Leads (Key Holders) for its Brand Shop in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The roles focus on providing customer service, meeting sales goals, supporting store operations, and maintaining a positive team environment. Team members may represent Ariat at outside events as needed and must be available for early mornings, evenings or nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed by management.

The posted hourly range is $17.40–$19.25 for Sales Associates and $20.00–$23.00 for Team Leads. Compensation is determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and local market data. Requirements

• Have 1 to 2 years of previous retail experience.
• Be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Have excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Be able to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Have knowledge of PC applications.
• Have experience with retail POS and inventory computer systems.
• Be able to work early mornings, evenings or nights, weekends, and/or holidays, as well as overtime as needed by management.
• Be able to regularly stand, walk, talk, and hear; frequently use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects and reach with hands and arms; and regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Meet vision requirements for close vision, distant vision, and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• Retail experience in a soft goods apparel environment is preferred.
• Equestrian or riding experience, Western or English, is a plus.
