About The Position

Surface Experts is an all-inclusive surface repair provider specializing in repairing small damage to surfaces such as floors, countertops, tubs, cabinets, and furniture. The Sales Associate develops customer relationships and books repair work through in-field sales visits. The role offers a steady flow of quality leads, autonomy in managing the schedule, a supportive team, and training at Surface Experts HQ. No prior industry experience, formal sales experience, or degree is required; the company provides training and coaching. Most working time is spent in the field, with minimal remote administrative work. The position is full-time during business hours, with no nights or weekends. The compensation package includes base salary, commission, and bonuses. The role also includes paid holidays and a minimum of 10 days of paid time off.

Requirements

Be coachable, eager to learn, open to feedback, accountable for results, and willing to follow a proven sales playbook.

Be detail-oriented and consistent with daily habits, routing, documentation, and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Map daily routes, conduct approximately 15 on-site visits, and book repair work.
Log notes and metrics in the company software.
Coordinate with the owner and sales team.
Complete light administrative work and preparation from home.
Participate in weekly sales coaching and ongoing support.
Send follow-ups and consistently document activity and metrics.
