About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers excellent customer service at WhiteWater Express by engaging with customers, completing assigned operational tasks, and maintaining site cleanliness. The role includes learning all aspects of car wash operations and following standard procedures. Team members are expected to help create a positive, hospitable, team-oriented, and growth-focused environment.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old due to safety regulations related to working with or around heavy machinery.
Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
Be passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
Work collaboratively to achieve results and support team success.
Approach daily challenges with enthusiasm and a solution-oriented mindset.
Be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and in a fast-paced setting.
Be available to work early evenings and weekends, and adapt to scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where everyone can develop leadership skills.

Educate and assist customers in selecting car wash options, membership plans, and wash packages suited to their needs.
Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for guests, including the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot.
Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
