About The Position
The Car Wash Attendant delivers excellent customer service by engaging with customers, completing operational tasks, and maintaining a clean facility. The role includes learning all aspects of car wash operations and following standard procedures. Attendants help customers choose car wash options, membership plans, and wash packages; guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel; maintain facility cleanliness; perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting; and learn opening and closing procedures. The position is part of a team-oriented, customer-focused environment with opportunities for personal growth and advancement.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old due to safety regulations related to working with and/or around heavy machinery.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Works collaboratively to achieve results and support team success.
- Enthusiastic about taking on daily challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and in a fast-paced setting.
- Available to work early evenings and weekends and adapt to scheduling needs.
Responsibilities

- Educate and assist customers in selecting car wash options, membership plans, and wash packages.
- Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and ready for guests, including the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot.
- Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
- Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
- Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
