About The Position

Purple is seeking a motivated, positive Sales Associate to generate retail-floor sales and help customers with their buying experience. The role focuses on meeting personal performance goals, driving sales, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for every Purple customer. The associate will have opportunities to develop selling skills and product knowledge in a positive work environment. This part-time position is expected to work approximately 15–29 hours per week, though actual hours may vary based on business needs. Compensation is $15.50 per hour, plus eligibility for monthly commissions on qualifying mattress sales under the commission agreement terms and conditions.

Requirements
