About The Position

Zales Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by learning about their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing. The role works toward individual and team sales goals and helps customers celebrate important moments in their lives. Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
