About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a customer-service-oriented Retail Stylist who is passionate about people and serves as an ambassador for the brand. The Retail Stylist helps customers find and learn about products, outfit them for different occasions, and deliver a positive shopping experience. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and kneel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide a strong customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Notify clientele about current promotions and future merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customer questions and handle interactions or concerns courteously and professionally.
• Process payments using cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit or debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
