Whether you're demonstrating premium cutlery, cookware, or kitchen tools, you'll help customers find the right products while sharing your passion for cooking and quality craftsmanship. Conveniently located at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, just minutes from Downtown Las Vegas, our store offers a fast-paced, high-traffic retail environment where you'll engage with locals, visitors, and culinary enthusiasts alike. Every day brings new opportunities to connect with customers and help them find premium kitchen products they'll love.
Requirements
- A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
- A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Support in-store events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities
- Utilize our CRM tools to engage customers and support clienteling efforts
- Receive, stock, and organize merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-energy team culture
