This role is for a Part-Time Flex Sales Associate at the World Trade Center location. The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan, responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging customers. This role fits your lifestyle, jumping in during peak hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches) to support store operations and deliver incredible fan experiences. You will share product knowledge and inspire customers to style their jewellery, giving a voice to people’s loves. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and may involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years or older.
Provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
Demonstrate results-oriented selling skills.
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills ('Care' in communication).
Ability to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
Comfortable working a schedule that varies with business needs, including periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by increased availability during peak times.
Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Timely arrival to work.
