Part Time Flex Sales Associate
About The Position
The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Citadel Outlets store delivers a world-class customer experience, works toward sales goals, and supports store operations during peak hours and other periods when additional coverage is needed. The role involves sharing product knowledge, helping customers style jewellery, and creating meaningful connections that build brand loyalty. The schedule varies according to business needs and may include periods with few or no scheduled hours, balanced by greater availability during peak periods. Peak hours include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic periods. Hours may range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to sell with a results-oriented approach.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels of the organization.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with hours varying according to business needs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
